The website is intended primarily for interior designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, developers, procurement professionals and private clients considering a project.
2. No online sale or contract
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, viewing a product or discussing a project through the website does not by itself create a purchase contract, reservation, exclusivity commitment or obligation to supply. A commercial transaction is formed only through the applicable quotation, order confirmation, agreement or other written commercial document accepted by the relevant parties.
3. Natural stone variation
Natural stone is inherently variable. Color, shade, veining, mineral activity, fossils, pores, fissures, surface texture and other characteristics may vary within a slab, between slabs and between lots. These natural characteristics are not necessarily defects. Small samples and digital images cannot fully represent a complete slab or final installed appearance.
4. Images, applications and project imagery
Product and slab images are provided to communicate material character and design intent. Screen calibration, lighting, photography and image processing can change apparent color. “Applications” may include conceptual, inspirational or visualization imagery and should not be understood as completed Atlas Marbles work unless expressly identified as a project. “Our Projects” is intended to present work identified by Atlas Marbles as project imagery.
5. Availability, pricing and lead times
Stone and product availability changes over time and may be lot-specific. Website content does not guarantee inventory, price, reservation status, production capacity or lead time. Any applicable price, quantity, delivery term, lead time, specification or validity period will be stated in the relevant quotation or commercial document.
6. Specifications and fabrication
Dimensions, drawings, slab layouts, vein orientation, edge profiles, openings, plumbing details, supports, seams, tolerances, finishes, installation methods and other technical matters must be confirmed for the specific project. Final fabrication and installation should be coordinated by appropriately qualified professionals. Where a project quotation, approved drawing or order document conflicts with general website content, the project-specific document controls.
7. Suitability and site conditions
Material suitability depends on the particular stone, finish, environment, substrate, structural condition, maintenance expectations and intended use. Designers, contractors, fabricators, installers and other project professionals remain responsible for confirming applicable codes, structural requirements, waterproofing, slip resistance, heat clearances, plumbing, installation and other site-specific requirements within their scope.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Atlas Marbles name, logo, website design, copy, layouts, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Atlas Marbles and may not be reproduced, republished, scraped, commercially redistributed or used to imply affiliation without permission. Project professionals may share individual product or material pages internally for bona fide specification and purchasing discussions.
9. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, introduce malicious code, probe non-public systems, misuse forms, harvest data, or use website content in a manner that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
