1. Who we are
This website is operated under the Atlas Marbles brand (“Atlas Marbles”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Atlas Marbles presents natural stone slabs, carved stone products, applications and project work, and receives project and trade inquiries through this website. Until our operating legal entity details are finalized, inquiries and privacy requests may be submitted through the secure website form.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, business email address, role, project location, material or product interest, project timing, reference links and the information you include in the request. We also process limited technical and security information associated with a website request, such as IP address, browser/request metadata and anti-abuse verification data.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to project and trade inquiries, prepare or discuss quotations, understand product and material requirements, maintain business records, protect the website and inquiry system from fraud or abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry information to sell personal information or to operate behavioral advertising on this website.
4. Legal bases for EEA and UK visitors
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our processing may rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and responding to professional inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required. A form acknowledgement does not expand our use of your information beyond the purposes described in this policy.
5. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and inquiry workflow. These currently include Cloudflare for website delivery, security, Turnstile and D1 database services; Resend for transactional inquiry notifications; and Zoho for business email. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations. We may update providers as the business evolves.
6. Where information is processed
Atlas Marbles is being developed as a U.S.-focused business and our inquiry database is currently configured in the United States. Website and email service providers may also process information in the United States and other locations in which they operate. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms provided by our service providers.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, develop or maintain the business relationship, preserve relevant transaction or project records, protect against abuse, and satisfy legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. We periodically review information and may delete or anonymize records that are no longer reasonably required.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, Cloudflare security controls, Turnstile verification, rate limiting, server-side validation, restricted secrets and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should avoid submitting passwords, payment card data, government identification numbers, health data or other unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
To make a privacy request, use the secure form on this page and select “Privacy / Legal Request” as your role. We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the request and locate the relevant record.
10. Children
This website is intended for design, construction, procurement and other business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the project inquiry form.
11. External links
The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram. When you follow an external link, the third party’s privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, legal entity details or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version.
