1. Current cookie approach
Atlas Marbles currently does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels or optional web analytics cookies on this website. We intentionally keep the public site lightweight and privacy-conscious.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
The site uses technical services that are necessary to deliver pages securely and operate the inquiry form. Cloudflare provides content delivery, security and anti-abuse services, including Turnstile. These services may process technical request information and may use essential browser storage or security tokens where needed to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.
3. Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the inquiry form from bots and abuse. The browser communicates with Cloudflare to complete a security check, and the result is verified on our server before an inquiry is accepted. Turnstile is used for security rather than advertising.
4. Fonts and external resources
The website currently loads typography resources from Google Fonts. When these resources load, your browser may connect directly to Google infrastructure and technical information such as your IP address and browser request data may be transmitted as part of that connection. We do not use Google Analytics on the current build.
5. Server-side services
Resend and Zoho are used after a form submission to route and receive business inquiry notifications. These server-side services are not used by Atlas Marbles to place advertising or analytics cookies in your browser through this website.
6. No optional-cookie banner at present
Because the current website does not intentionally deploy optional advertising or analytics cookies, we do not show a marketing-cookie consent banner. If Atlas Marbles later adds technologies such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags or other non-essential trackers, we will update this notice and, where required, obtain consent before those technologies are activated.
7. Browser controls
You can control or delete cookies and site storage using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security technologies may prevent the inquiry form or other security features from working correctly.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this Cookie Notice as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version.
